During Semester 2 we’ll discover the nuances of how to empower and validate these gifts in satisfying and successful ways to more fully express your professional role in life through your Life Purpose.

In Semester 1 you will learn how to empower and support your clients with a BG5 Career Design Overview. The BG5 Career Design Overview is designed to introduce your client to the fundamentals of their Unique Career Design. The Overview is also an essential element in a Partnership Analysis, Alpha One Leadership Analysis and Small Business Penta Analysis.

In this Course we will:

         Learn the fundamentals of Comparative Analysis

         Explore the basics of both small and large group dynamics

         Discover how to identify the correct career environment for an individual based on their design

         Learn to deliver all 6 BG5 Success Codes of a Career Design Overview

         Understand the basics of the 12 Business Skills and how to identify them in a clients Career Design

In Semester 2 you will learn how to empower and support your clients with a Full BG5 Career Design Analysis and Partnership Analysis. You will gain knowledge and experience in delivering all 16 BG5 Success Codes in a Full BG5 Career Design Analysis. You will also uncover the hidden chemistry present when two people work together in a Partnership Analysis. In this Course we will:

          Explore the deeper nuances of each of the 12 Business Skills

          Learn how to introduce a client to their consistent natural Strengths

          Help a client recognize when their Shadows throw them off track

          Discover how to determine someone’s Public Role and Life Work

          Uncover the themes and qualities that support an individual in fulfilling their Life Purpose

          Get a deeper sense of larger group dynamics and how they affect us on an individual level

          Learn how to identify the Strengths, potential hot spots and pitfalls of a business partnership

Learn how to deliver an Alpha One Leadership and Small Business Penta Analysis. You will learn how to work with team leaders, managers, and business owners in engineering effective groups. You will also get an in depth look at how to provide an Alpha One Leadership analysis and understand the fundamentals of different aspects of the team dynamics of a small group or business. In this Course we will:

          Explore the 12 Business Skills from a team perspective

          Discover the importance of Gap Analysis in determining the success or struggle of a small group or team

          Learn how to fine-tune a group for even greater effectiveness and efficiency

          Look at how to successfully engineer a business’s growth to support its continued expansion

At the end of this course, and once all projects are turned in and approved, you will receive your certification as a BG5 Career and Business Consultant!

To be officially Certified as a Cycles Consultant – you must first be officially Certified as a BG5 Career & Business Consultant. Upon completion of this program and approval of the final project you will become certified to offer Cycles Consultations to your clients.  

In Semester 1 of this three-semester course, we will explore the trans-auric phenomenon known as the WA. Bees swarm, birds flock, fish school, and we as humans Penta and WA. 

Learn the underlying mechanism that brings us together as humans to form smaller groupings of 3-5 people (a Penta/Unified Group) and how those smaller groups then bond together to create larger groupings known as the WA or OC16. This applies to any group larger than 9 individuals, so you can use this knowledge to understand small groups, businesses, and teams, as well as large organizations, corporations, and businesses.

This first semester will give you the foundational theoretical knowledge needed to continue forward into Semesters 2 and 3 where we will explore the practical application of working with large team dynamics.  

This semester starts with the practical application of how the WA Dynamics affect us on a personal level. We will dive into how to quickly recognize the WA influence in our charts, the roles we are designed to play, as well as what distracts us and throws us off track in the WA.  

Semester 2 will cover:

          How you are personally influenced and your role with the WA 

          Building a successful Foundation Penta

          Utilizing an Expansion Penta to grow a business

          How and when to shift the dynamics with the Coordinating Penta 

          Using Gapping within OC16 Pentas to create focus & productivity.

And much more!

The final semester ties everything together and gives you the structure to deliver the Alpha Playbook to the owner, leader, or manager of any large group and provide ongoing coaching, consulting, and support. The key is understanding the Alpha and how they are designed to lead, communicate, and find allies within an OC16 structure. 

Semester 3 will cover:

          Building a relationship with Alpha to fully understand their hope, dreams and challenges

          The 6 Lines of communication and their relationship to the Alpha

          How the Alpha is designed to communicate in the most effective and efficient way

          Helping the Alpha find committed allies to communicate their message

          Creating specialized teams focused on specific communication

          Creating the Alpha’s Playbook of Success
